Social Service messages quite often address the most vulnerable and troubled persons in our community. While the message might be clear, the point of connection might be a long-convoluted URL, or a telephone number which is difficult to recall. We need to make it much easier for the public to remember how to follow up on the message. Using a memorable category-leading domain name in the message will help alleviate this problem.
